My interview at ITC Infotech had a simple, two-part shape: one technical round and then an HR round focused on salary.

The technical questions felt easy to handle, and I remember that the focus was on my past project—specifically the roles and responsibilities I had in the work I’d done before.

When I moved to HR, the tone shifted to compensation and negotiation. They discussed salary and made it clear that there was room to negotiate if I had other offers.

I ended up getting an offer. Overall, the process felt smooth and low-friction, and what stood out was how the technical part was centered on my experience rather than a tricky algorithm marathon.
