Itc Infotech Software Engineer interview experience

I cleared two rounds, and then HR called me to say I was selected.

That seemed like a win, but after a few days they told me the position was still on hold and they would call me back later. It was disappointing because the process had already moved past the point where I expected a final confirmation.

I didn’t receive an offer at the end. Even though the technical interview itself went well, the delayed decision and uncertainty afterward left a lingering awkward feeling.
