Montreal, QCPosted Jun 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interaction started with a recruiter screening that stayed pretty basic.

I was asked why I was interested in the company, what I’d done in terms of projects, and also got questions about strengths and weaknesses.

After the interview, I didn’t hear back. The recruiter ghosted me and never responded to emails I sent afterward, and that lack of follow-through became the main thing I remembered.

I didn’t get an offer, and the process felt abruptly cut off rather than ended with any clear decision.
