Intact Data Scientist interview experience

I ended up with a 1-versus-2 technical session with two data scientists, and then a separate 1-versus-1 conversation with the data science manager.

Across the technical parts, the focus stayed on my ability to explain how I approached a past project—how I built the methodology and why I made certain modeling choices. I also had modeling and coding questions mixed in, which made it feel more hands-on than purely theory-based. The fit side was comparatively lighter, but it still helped me articulate my motivations and how I’d worked with ambiguity before. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but
