Toronto, ONPosted Jul 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After an initial recruiter/HR conversation, I moved to two live rounds.

The HR screen focused on my background, what I was looking for next in my career, and whether my work style seemed like a match culturally. A little later, I had a second round with the lead data scientist and the data science manager. That part went deeper on my past projects and pulled in technical questioning tied to my experience.

What stood out was how the technical discussion included both general GenAI topics and a more concrete problem: an insurance claims case study. The overall vibe felt structured but fair, and I appreciated that the HR follow-up came back after about two weeks
