Intact Data Scientist interview experience

I saw a pattern of a small number of coding tasks paired with a larger block of MCQs, with the overall mix testing my understanding of core data structures plus machine learning and algorithm fundamentals.

In my case the assessment included two coding questions and eight MCQs. The MCQs were noticeably easier, but the coding questions were challenging—enough that I had to slow down and think carefully about implementation. The total time spent felt focused and intense rather than tricky for the sake of trickiness, and it filtered out whether I truly had the theory-and-practice connection they
