After a written application, my process picked up with a video interview stage.

First, I was asked to submit a technical-focused video presentation on a topic, and then I also had an additional behavioral video interview. The format felt more multi-stage than the earlier screening-style chats, and it required me to be comfortable speaking on camera while staying structured.

Across the technical and behavioral parts, the overall vibe was still fairly clear: they wanted to see both substance and communication. I remember putting extra attention into how I presented the technical idea, because the interview was literally asking me to present, not just respond.
