I went through a quick, very smooth two-step virtual process.

The first round was a short 15-minute call focused on my background—nothing overly technical, more about understanding where I came from and what I’d been doing. The second round was also about 15 minutes, but it shifted into a presentation of my data-science projects.

The tone felt easygoing and the whole thing moved fast. What stood out to me was how clearly they separated “who you are” from “what you’ve built,” and how little friction there was between steps. Overall, it felt like an organized check of fit and communication rather than a deep technical grilling.
