Belgrade, Central SerbiaPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Software Engineer role using a clear HR-to-technical-to-director structure, and the difficulty felt easy with a short but targeted technical screen.

HR call — I had a 30-minute HR discussion covering role and company basics.
Technical interview — I went through a 60-minute technical session with many short questions plus algorithms.
Director interview / offer step — I finished with a 30-minute meeting with a director where the final decision and offer timing were handled. Outcome: No offer; the process was straightforward and decision-oriented, but I didn’t end up getting the role.
