For the Software Engineer role, I went through a simple HR-first sequence followed by a technical discussion with team members, and the difficulty felt average.

HR brief interview process — I had an HR call with basic questions and a quick overview of the process.
Technical stage — I then met engineers on the team for a technical round.
Team-focused evaluation — In one version, two team members interviewed me and were professional and pleasant, and I felt I did well. Outcome: No offer; the conversations were respectful and the technical bar wasn’t described as extreme, but I didn’t get confirmation to move forward.
