For the Software Engineer role at an IGT campus-style event, I had an easy, recruiter-led format with a coding question at the end, but I never received a real follow-up.

Recruiter / campus interview — I introduced myself and answered questions about my resume, including technologies and projects.
Coding question (end of session) — I completed one coding question after the initial discussion.
HR follow-up delay — I was told to wait about two weeks, but after that I was ghosted despite follow-up emails. Outcome: No offer; the interview itself was approachable, but the lack of communication after the coding round was the main negative.
