For the Software Engineer role, I went through a single fairly technical round focused on my experience, and it felt average in difficulty.

One-stage experience + technical — I discussed my experience and the technologies I’d used, walked through my most recent project and what I learned, and answered technical questions tied to Java and the relevant framework.
Reflection / improvement — I was asked what I would change in retrospect, so they tested how I thought about trade-offs and learning. Outcome: No offer; it was a straightforward “tell me your story and back it up” interview that didn’t require anything beyond solid domain knowledge.
