I went through a very straightforward interview process with a quick HR and manager flow.

Recruiter/HR screen — an initial conversation with an HR representative.
Hiring manager + technical questions — a second step with the hiring manager that included technical questioning.
Onboarding/tour — there was no office tour before hiring; an office tour happened only on the first day of employment. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the process felt light and procedural rather than deeply technical.
