I experienced a fairly standard corporate pipeline with an early technical screen, then multiple structured interviews in close succession.

Referral-to-screen — I interviewed after applying and being passed to the hiring manager; the first real step was coordinated after a short delay.
Technical interviews (group panel format) — I had two technical conversations delivered at the same time as a panel-style setup by developers on the target team.
Behavioral interview — I completed a behavioral discussion with the project manager (done over the phone).
Phone technical screening + formal onsite — I also had a typical phone screening with brief technical checks, followed about a week later by an in-person
