I interviewed for Software Engineer with a short process (phone-based) and average difficulty, but it ended without a follow-up.

Recruiter screening — After applying online, I received a short call about my interest and background.
Technical phone interview — About a week later, I had an hour-long technical call covering general CS knowledge and my past experience. Outcome: I didn’t get invited for face-to-face; the takeaway is that passing a technical phone interview isn’t always enough to reach the onsite stage.
