I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an easier, testing/concepts discussion-heavy format and a calm pace.

Past projects + testing concepts — I walked through past projects and discussed testing concepts, with limited technical questioning.
How I’d apply concepts — I was asked how I could apply different software concepts to the company’s needs. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that the process was relatively laid back and focused on application of fundamentals rather than tricky coding.
