Reno, NVPosted Aug 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an intensive multi-step process with travel and then several interview rounds that stretched across weeks.

Travel + on-site interview weekend — I flew out for a weekend in Reno and interviewed the following Monday.
Initial phone screen — I started with a phone interview, then moved to a 1:1 discussion with the hiring manager.
Onsite visit in Las Vegas — I then completed an on-site visit, with the overall process taking almost three weeks to finish all interviews. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the cadence and duration suggested a serious evaluation, but I didn’t advance to a final decision.
