My interview was heavily oriented toward leadership, and the questions matched that focus.

The interviewer was extremely friendly and personable, and the whole thing felt more like a conversation than a typical structured interview.

Even though it was still centered on how I thought about leading others, it didn’t feel cold or overly formal. The relaxed way it was discussed made the leadership topics feel more natural to talk through. Overall, it ended up being a good experience, and I was genuinely excited about working for the company after seeing how the discussion flowed. I ended up getting an offer, and it reinforced how much the tone of the interviewer mattered to me.
