My process moved fast.

After applying, within about two weeks I was already in, and I only went through one in-person interview before getting hired. From there, the onboarding and processing took around another two weeks before I started.

The whole experience felt fairly simple and not overly complicated, and it gave me a quick sense that they were ready to move. Even with the short timeline, it didn’t feel chaotic—more like everything was streamlined. I got the offer and started soon after, and honestly the speed of the process ended up being the most surprising part for me.
