I was contacted by the district manager and ended up interviewing later that same day.

The whole thing was very relaxed, and it felt more like getting to know me as a person than trying to dig for proof of relevant experience.

When I walked in, the tone was friendly and casual, and the conversation didn’t come across as overly formal or scripted. I left feeling like the goal was to see how I’d fit the team and culture, and the speed of the scheduling made the process feel low pressure overall. It still ended with an offer, which surprised me given how much it leaned on personality rather than a deep dive into my background.
