Honeywell Systems Engineer interview experience

The conversation was mostly behavioral, with just a handful of questions—around three or four—where the goal seemed to be a character and communication check more than specific technical evaluation.

The difficulty was average, but the interview itself felt fairly easy if I could explain myself well. I didn’t receive an offer, yet it was clear what mattered most in the room: how I came across and whether I fit the company’s expectations.
