I had a one-on-one meeting with a team manager, and the conversation was genuinely pleasant.

The manager was super nice and pretty easygoing.

They asked me a couple of questions about myself, and then they explained the roles and expectations I would be expected to handle as part of the team. It felt like the interview was also about setting context rather than just testing me.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the overall experience felt respectful and clear, and I appreciated how much they tried to ground the discussion in day-to-day expectations.
