Honeywell Systems Engineer interview experience

After that, about a week later, I had a technical conversation with a group of engineers.

They moved quickly through the discussion, so I had to stay on top of how I framed my answers. They explicitly made it clear they wanted structured responses, and I used the STAR style throughout to keep everything organized. The technical portion didn’t feel extremely hard—more like general questions tied to my resume and background than deep, tricky problems.

Overall the pace and the emphasis on clarity stood out. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience was still fairly manageable
