My interview leaned heavily toward personality and fit.

Most of what they asked was tied to my history and how it would relate to the position, and the interviewer was genuinely nice throughout.

Only a few technical questions came at the end, and the expectation felt lower than I feared—they didn’t come in pushing for exact correctness on the technical portion.

It ended with no offer, but it didn’t feel like I was set up to fail. The overall vibe was more about getting a sense of how I’d work than proving I could nail every technical detail.
