Phoenix, AZPosted Oct 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a pretty straightforward setup: one HR screening call and one behavioral interview online.

The behavioral portion ran about 30–45 minutes and stayed focused on how I’d worked through situations rather than anything overly technical.

During the HR screening, I spoke with the hiring manager about my resume and the projects I had been part of in school. The conversation felt easy to follow, and overall the difficulty was rated on the easier side. I left without an offer, but the whole experience felt low-stress and more about fit and clarity than a difficult technical hurdle.
