Los Angeles, CAPosted Aug 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I did an on-campus interview during my senior year, and then I got invited to a superday in an office setting.

I flew to LA, stayed in a hotel with other applicants, and on Friday evening they grouped us into teams of three.

The next day, they gave us a vague prompt and asked us to answer it and present in a boardroom in front of several members of the company. The presentation itself was only part of the day—after that, I went through three rounds of interviews, either one-on-one or in pairs.

I didn’t get an offer. What stood out most was how quickly the format changed from collaborative preparation to individual assessment, and how the day tested both communication and adaptability.
