Guggenheim Partners Business Analyst interview experience

My process was otherwise easy from a question standpoint, but it got derailed by how I was treated by a senior interviewer.

I remember him raising his voice and making comments that felt insulting, like I was being treated as incapable instead of simply being evaluated.

The content of the questions didn’t match the hostility—I could answer them, and they weren’t especially hard. But the difficulty was emotional and interpersonal: it was hard to stay composed when the tone was intentionally abrasive.

I ended up not receiving an offer. Looking back, I’d still call the questions manageable, but that rude dynamic made the overall experience truly unenjoyable and distracting.
