I applied online and then set up a call with the recruiter.

The next phase felt oddly quiet afterward—I couldn’t get any useful feedback, and they kept telling me they were still reviewing.

What stood out most was the uncertainty and the length of the wait. The process dragged without a clear update, and it never turned into a full, transparent interview loop that I could measure against.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest takeaway for me was that even when the interview steps seem to be in motion, the experience can still feel stalled if there’s no follow-through.
