After the recruiter call, about a week later I got pulled into a technical screen and then eventually a superday.

The superday was in person, and it leaned heavily on behavior with some senior bankers involved, which made it feel more like a real conversation about how I’d work day to day.

Before that, the first round screening and then an Excel test added a more practical edge to the process. The whole thing stretched a bit over a month end to end, and I got the sense they weren’t rushing because the in-person portion mattered.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the overall experience felt fairly organized and straightforward—just longer than I expected.
