Guggenheim Partners Business Analyst interview experience

I only had one phone screen, and then the rest moved into a superday, with all interviews happening over Zoom.

During the Zoom rounds, they did several technical questions with some behavioral questions mixed in, so it never became purely conversational. The pacing made it feel like they wanted to compress as much evaluation as possible into a short window.

I didn’t get an offer, but I appreciated the efficiency of it—there was no long waiting period, just a tight sequence that tested both technical knowledge and how I handled the conversational parts.
