I went through an assessment-to-interview pipeline that was generally manageable, with Codility used early and some small friction around clarity or scoring.

Coding assessment (Codility) — I completed a technical interview assignment; problems weren’t described as extremely hard, but instructions or acceptance could be unclear.
Scheduling into 3 interviews in a day — I had two technical sessions plus one behavioral round.
Behavioral interview — The behavioral portion varied in tone, including one experience where it felt more like interrogation than a conversation. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; overall it was fair enough to complete, but details like unclear instructions and unclear outcomes affected confidence.
