I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a medium-difficulty process over about a month, moving from HR contact into several leadership interviews.

Recruiter / HR contact — LinkedIn outreach followed by an assignment through Codility.
Behavioral with Technical Manager — A behavioral interview focused on my experience and fit.
Technical with Team Lead — A technical deep dive with the team lead.
Final with Director — A final round with the director to close out the loop. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the steps were clear, but I wasn’t selected.
