I experienced a difficult process where coding and technical depth came early, then shifted into discussion-style evaluation of security and scalability.

Codility + Talent Acquisition — I started with a Codility problem and then a call with talent acquisition.
Hiring manager / senior developer problem-solving — A follow-on problem session that could be challenging depending on how I approached it.
Live coding + Q&A — In another similar flow, there was live algorithm/data structure coding followed by a discussion about scalability and security principles and trade-offs. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; my takeaway was that the process emphasized depth and correctness more than memorization.
