I interviewed for SWII with an easy, straightforward flow that went quickly once I was told I’d be scheduled.

Recruiter / scheduling call — Basic background and behavior questions; I was told I was being pushed to interview day and even shared likely questions.
Interview day: 2 technical + 1 cultural — One round required building a “battlefield” style game; the other involved setting up HTTP calls. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; overall it felt simple and well-structured compared with many other processes.
