I interviewed over a long stretch of time with a take-home assignment that then fed into several final rounds.

Recruiter interview — A recruiter screen to start.
Hiring manager interview — Followed by a manager conversation.
Take-home assignment — I completed a take-home task and later reviewed it in one of the finals.
Final interviews — Included going over the take-home, a LeetCode-style coding question, and a diversity/DEI component. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that the timeline was slow and the process hinged on the take-home.
