I went through a fairly structured GitHub process centered on take-home work, then mixed live coding, code review, and behavioral interviews, with an average-to-difficult feel and no offer.

Recruiter screen — I started with a chat about my background and the role.
Take-home assessment (GitHub private repo + PR submission) — I completed a practical take-home task in the repo and submitted a PR; it could run longer than the suggested time.
Onsite: pair programming — I did live pair programming, though the session felt poorly set up on their side.
Onsite: code review + code-adjacent system design — I walked through my submitted work, and the discussion included system design questions tied to the code.
Onsite: behavioral interviews (with EMs/managers)
