I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at GitHub with an organized, mostly conversational flow, moving from recruiter to behavioral/skills and ending with live coding over video.

Recruiter screen — A recruiter explained the process and asked general behavioral questions; I also had time to ask about what to expect.
Video behavioral/skills — I was asked behavioral questions followed by applied technical questions using real-life scenarios to gauge data-structure and algorithm understanding.
Team-focused rounds — I joined multiple video interviews with team members, with the overall feel described as relaxed and friendly.
Inclusion discussion — One round included a diversity and inclusion conversation with an HR representative.
**Live technical
