I felt good about my performance through early interviews, but after the technical stage I was left without updates, making the process feel like a dead end.

Initial phone screen — I started with a phone screen.
Hiring manager interview + deeper role discussion — I had an additional interview where the role details were discussed in depth.
Technical interview — I completed a technical interview that I felt went well.
Outcome: I was ghosted afterward with no clear result, and the takeaway was that good technical performance doesn’t guarantee closure in this process.
