I went through a recruiter-led process that quickly moved into timed take-home work, but ended in rejection with no feedback.

Recruiter screen — I was contacted and pushed straight into an assignment without much interactive interviewing.
Take-home coding exercise — I implemented an HTTP service for storing/accessing data, adding unit tests and writing a short explanation of improvements.
Fast follow-up / review — In another attempt, I received a similar basic HTTP upload/download style task with a strict 5-hour start-based window and unit tests; I structured the solution, used dependency injection patterns, and proposed real-world improvements.
Close-out — I received rejection emails a week
