MexicoPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process felt fairly standard at first: I went through an HR filter, then I met the hiring manager, and after that I had another session with people who would collaborate with the role day to day.

The steps themselves were straightforward, but the part that lingered with me was the lack of clear, assertive feedback.

I never got a real sense of how solid my candidacy was, and I also didn’t get reliable timing for when a decision would be made. Instead of anything specific, the closure came via a generic, impersonal email that didn’t really explain what happened.

So while the interviews followed the expected format, the experience became frustrating toward the end because there was no real clarity or reassurance, even after going through multiple conversations.
