Sunnyvale, CAPosted Nov 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter call, I moved through two more steps: first a call with the hiring manager(s), and then a final conversation with the VP of Business Operations.

The recruiter kept me moving step by step, so even though I was progressing across different people, the process felt guided and coherent. Overall it had a solid, businesslike vibe.

The later stages felt less like grilling and more like fit and alignment conversations. I remember being asked to talk through my experience clearly, but it never felt chaotic. The recruiting team stayed on top of communication and follow-ups at each stage, which made the whole thing feel streamlined rather than drawn out.
