The process took a long time and stretched across more than seven interviews with different team members.

It became one of those journeys where you keep expecting the next step to be the final one, only to meet still more people.

By the time I reached the last stage, I finally got an update—but it wasn’t the kind of news you hope for. The position had changed and was no longer needed.

Overall, it felt like a lot of effort and time spent without a clear closing decision point. Even though the final communication came through, the outcome left me with the sense that the process had outlasted the original need for the role.
