I went into the process expecting something intimidating, but the first stage was actually a group interview with several managers and team leads and it ended up feeling pretty relaxed.

We talked through my background and how I’d work with the team, and the overall tone never felt tense.

After that, I had a one-on-one Zoom call, and then I wrapped up with a quick phone call. The whole sequence felt laid back and enjoyable, and I also appreciated that I was kept updated with clear expectations along the way. What stood out to me most was how friendly the environment felt while they still focused on the real value exchange—what I could bring and what the company could offer.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the process itself was the kind where I never felt lost or rushed.
