FM Software Engineer interview experience

My process was very long and time consuming.

I reached an offer after four rounds, but then things fell apart quickly when the compensation they offered ended up being less than what I was already being paid.

On top of that, there was a major logistical change: I had been under the impression the role would be remote due to distance, but during the offer stage it switched to onsite, which made the decision unrealistic for me.

It was a poor overall experience, and getting that close only to have the offer terms and location flip left me feeling frustrated rather than hopeful.
