Woodland Hills, CAPosted Oct 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process was long and high-touch, mainly because it included five separate rounds.

The thing that really stood out to me was a required presentation: I had to put together a 5 to 10 minute talk about a safety hazard in the workplace.

The rest of the interviews felt like they were building toward that overall standard—enough structure that the presentation wasn’t an afterthought, it was central. It pushed beyond typical technical screening and made the process feel more demanding and time-consuming than I expected.

In the end, I didn’t get an offer, and what I remember most was how much energy the multi-round format and the safety-focused presentation required.
