Boston, MAPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a pretty comprehensive process that felt structured and deliberate, with a careful balance between technical assessment and how I’d fit with the team.

Managers stayed friendly and easy to talk to, and it honestly made the whole thing feel more transparent than I expected. Even when I had questions, I felt like I could ask them and get real answers rather than getting brushed off.

Overall it was thorough, and the experience didn’t feel hostile or overly combative. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the part that stuck with me was how approachable the interviewers were while still evaluating me seriously.
