I had two rounds: one in-person interview on campus that lasted about an hour, and a second process that was full-day and ran about eight hours.

Lunch was provided, which at least made the day-long portion easier to get through.

The day-long format made the evaluation feel like they were trying to see how I performed under a longer, more sustained schedule. By the end, I was done with the marathon and still didn’t get the offer.

Overall, it felt demanding simply because of the time commitment, not because the questions were described as unusually tricky.
