I interviewed in a semi-informal way tied to a career fair connection.

The conversations felt more like getting to know each other than going through a strict Q&A format. Most of the discussion centered on why I wanted the company and what I’d been working on, rather than a heavy set of behavioral questions.

Because of that, the whole thing felt easy and relaxed. I also had a social component the night before—part of a group event with other candidates—so the day itself didn’t feel as intense as a typical interview.

Even though the experience itself was pleasant, I didn’t move forward, and I mainly remember how conversational it was compared to more formal
