I interviewed through my university, and the recruiter conducted on-campus interviews that were short—about thirty minutes.

The conversation focused on basic behavioral questions, and when it ended the interviewer told me I’d hear back in a few weeks if I made it to the next round.

The process got delayed after that because COVID-19 hit and everything paused. So while the initial interview itself felt straightforward, the overall timeline stretched because circumstances outside the interview loop took over.

I didn’t move forward as far as I expected, and I mainly remember how the delay derailed the momentum.
