The process started the way a lot of technical loops do—after submitting my resume, I had a 30-minute phone interview followed by a programming test.

From there it escalated quickly into an all-day onsite where the first portion was long and formal, with substantial whiteboard-style technical work at the beginning. The pace was intense, and after that initial stretch I had around a half hour of follow-up interviews in smaller group settings for the rest of the day. It wrapped with an HR discussion, and then I waited for a callback that arrived a few days later. Even without the final result in the notes, the structure and length made it feel like a serious, high-expectation process from the first moment.
